Why did you pick No Limit Agency as the next stop in your career?
Straight out of college, I tried my hand in the world of sports working behind the scenes. I met a lot of awesome people along the way, but much of my work was done on my own without the need to collaborate with the rest of my team. That got old. I began to search for jobs back home, in Chicago, and landed on this small, up-and-coming agency called No Limit. Once I got a glimpse at this company’s culture, I was hooked.
What do you love most about working at No Limit Agency?
The people, the culture. It’s like all of the good parts of the people you hung out with at high school – except everyone is really good at their jobs. It’s fun as hell. To work alongside these people, to brainstorm with them, you learn a lot every single day and you laugh while doing it.
What do you wish the outside world would think about No Limit Agency?
We’re really good at what we do and we care a whole lot – about each other, our brands, and our work.
What has been your proudest moment at No Limit Agency?
I have many of them. The most rewarding part of the job is working with the franchisees at the local level who make their brands tick. If I can shine a little of the spotlight on the brave ones who take the leap into entrepreneurship, I can be happy. Those are always my proudest moments.
In what ways will No Limit Agency become the greatest mid-sized agency ever?
You get both quality and quantity with us. We have core values in place that make sure our clients come first and they’ve gotten us this far. As long as we stick to our beliefs, there’s nothing we can’t accomplish as an agency.
