Why did you pick No Limit Agency as the next stop in your career?

Three weeks after graduating from the University of South Florida, I packed up my bags and moved to Chicago for an unpaid internship and not knowing a soul. After three months, I knew I wanted to make Chicago my home and started to apply for full time positions  to begin my career in public relations. After interviewing with Nick, learning about how NLA was created and what it stood for, I knew the company had a solid foundation. I felt it was a perfect place for a first on and to gain experience.

What do you love most about working at No Limit Agency?

I could not be more grateful for my colleagues. The friendships that have been created are a constant reminder that everyone is talented in their own way. I have learned something new from each and every person in the agency and am lucky enough to call my co-workers, friends.

What do you wish the outside world would think about No Limit Agency?

We do it all. If there’s an idea that you need help expanding or for that matter creating, NLA will be there every step of the way.

What has been your proudest moment at No Limit Agency?

I was out of town and the agency had a companywide meeting. A large portion of Nick’s presentation was highlighting my successes with NLA. I received texts and emails telling me about the presentation, it put a smile on my face and made me feel appreciated. (Still sorry I was M.I.A Nick.)

In what ways will No Limit Agency become the greatest mid-sized agency ever?

Many agencies look at a brand and only tell that story. NLA does things differently by telling stories from C-Level executives to franchisees and employees within the corporation. NLA is always willing to come to an agreement to help better a brand. We want to tell YOUR individual story.

Who have been influential in your life and why?

I would not be who I am today without the influence of my father or Yiayia (grandmother). My father is the definition of integrity. He raised my brother and myself on his own while running a successful business and taking care of two elderly, sick parents. My Yiayia was my best friend, sister, mother and my everything. She stepped in as a mother figure for my brother and I  as she battled seven different types of cancers. Not once did she ever complain, she just always told me, “you are not given anything you cannot handle.”

I wouldn’t be who I am today without these two amazing individuals.

Outside of work, what do you like to do?

There’s no better experience than traveling. When someone tells me they are going to a new place, I want to be able to say “you have to go here or try this.” The list goes on and on but I am hoping the next destination will be South Africa, Morocco, Thailand or Australia. I enjoy sporting events but only when it means cheering on the Steelers, Florida State or the Chicago Bulls. I’m all over the place, I get it. Oh and I am also obsessed with quoting movies…it’s basically my super power.

Drink or food of choice?

I will never say no to Mac & Cheese, Chocolate Covered Pretzels, a full bodied Malbec.

What is the best gift you ever received for your birthday?

Being surprised with orchids & roses on my 23rd& 26th birthday.

If there was one brand you would love to work with, which one and why?

Nike is a brand that has inspired people for over 50 years. The brand’s motto is to bring inspiration and innovation to any athlete. It believes if you have a body, you are an athlete. Plus (culture aside…I swear), I like the hidden message of the company’s branding. You may not know but the Nike “swoosh” resembles a wing and takes its name from Nike, the Greek goddess of victory. Who doesn’t want to be part of a victory?
