Why did you pick No Limit Agency as the next stop in your career?

I was looking for a mid-sized agency where I could grow and work on projects I’d be passionate about. With previous experience in franchising, it was a natural fit from a client standpoint. But my first visit to the office really solidified things, when I could feel the positive energy and see how much people enjoyed being here.

What do you love most about working at No Limit Agency?

It’s refreshing to walk into an office every day that’s filled with people who so genuinely love the work they’re doing as well as the people they work with. I’ve made so many good friends here and feel so lucky because of that.

What do you wish the outside world would think about No Limit Agency?

That we take such good care of our clients. The NLA team puts the client relationship first, and we really go beyond the call of duty to ensure that stays solid.

What has been your proudest moment at No Limit Agency?

Leading my first client call. Knowing there was trust in me to handle things on my own gave me more confidence and motivation to succeed.

In what ways will No Limit Agency become the greatest mid-sized agency ever?

By continuing to grow in the way we have this past year and bringing on smart, creative and motivated team members for us to both teach and learn from.

Who have been influential in your life and why?

My entire family have been influential. We’re a dynamic group, and I’ve learned so much from each and every one of them. My dad is full of wisdom and life lessons, while my mom’s opinion is one I hold the highest. I can count on my big brothers for great advice (albeit often unsolicited) and always making me laugh.

Outside of work, what do you like to do?

When I’m home I’m usually cooking, watching movies or doing both at the same time. When I’m out, I love to explore new restaurants and visit any bar where I can sing some karaoke or bust a move on the dance floor.

Drink or food of choice?

Vodka, water, two limes. And I can never get enough pizza.

What is the best gift you ever received for your birthday?

A specific gift doesn’t come to mind, but my family surprised me outside my classroom for my 19th birthday. It was my first year at college, and I was seven hours away, so that was pretty special.

If there was one brand you would love to work with, which one and why?

Trader Joe’s. I’m basically there three times a week; it’s an unhealthy obsession.
