Why did you pick No Limit Agency as the next stop in your career?

In the words of Sharon Powills, “I heard good things” when I first learned about No Limit Agency through a previous colleague. Then, when I started researching the agency further, I was impressed by their work and wide range of both small and large clients. There was a unique energy in the office, and I saw creativity on so many levels – who wouldn’t want to be a part of that?

What do you love most about working at No Limit Agency?

The people. I believe that our work is so great because everyone pushes each other, supports each other and genuinely cares about the success of the agency and their colleagues.

What do you wish the outside world would think about No Limit Agency?

We truly believe that anything is possible. We dare you to send us your brand’s toughest problem!

What has been your proudest moment at No Limit Agency?

I recently took the lead on organizing a project for one of our clients’ largest campaigns of the year. I split the project between myself and 14 team members. Even though it seemed like a really hard project to get results for, the team jumped on it, and interviews and articles started flying in within the first hour. I couldn’t have been more proud of the team for taking what originally felt like an un-fun project and building on each other’s energy in order to blow last year’s results out of the water for our client.

In what ways will No Limit Agency become the greatest mid-sized agency ever?

By continuing to disrupt and think outside the norm, and by keeping the best and brightest people around.

Who have been influential in your life and why?

I wouldn’t be who I am today without my amazing family. My parents are the hardest-working people I know, and they believe that I can do anything, while my brothers are hilarious and inspire me to think creatively.

Outside of work, what do you like to do?

Travel and travel. Also, I love playing in volleyball leagues around the city and finding new events and restaurants to try out in Chicago.

Drink or food of choice?

Steak, mashed potatoes, red wine.

What is the best gift you ever received for your birthday?

My birthday always fell on spring break growing up, so I was usually spoiled with being on vacation in Florida or elsewhere with my family and friends. A few times, my parents surprised me with things like a boat ride, a deep sea fishing excursion and parasailing.

If there was one brand you would love to work with, which one and why?

Southwest Airlines. I love everything about their brand – they have the best customer service, affordable but still comfortable flights, great loyalty programs, I can check bags and change my flights for free, they treat their employees well, the employees are awesome… does it sound like I could sell the brand yet?
