Why did you pick No Limit Agency as the next stop in your career?

I remember coming to the office for my interview and I could hear the energy from each room in the office. I didn’t want to go to a place where everyone would sit silently and get their work done – I wanted a place where it didn’t feel like you were going to a 9-5. That’s exactly how NLA felt and I knew it was a place I could grow my career among other people that wanted to grow theirs the same way.

What do you love most about working at No Limit Agency?

No day is ever the same. This can be stressful at times, but mostly fun. You constantly have to think of new ways to solve problems or attack tasks. Time flies from when you get in the office to when you leave because everyday is different.

What do you wish the outside world would think about No Limit

That is truly is one of the best places to work. There are a lot of things that attribute to this title. There is no ceiling with what is expected of you, there is incredible support coming from everyone in the office, and there is so much room to grow. For someone who is looking to come to work and have fun, but also get a lot done, this is the place to do it.

What has been your proudest moment at No Limit Agency?

When I was named “Pitcher of the Year” at the 2016 Summit. There is a lot that goes into my job and it is an amazing feeling when my success is recognized by my colleagues. It shows that I work with great people and on the flipside, they enjoy working with me.

In what ways will No Limit Agency become the greatest mid-sized
agency ever?

We are constantly changing and evolving. As a full-service communications agency, we have to continue to move so we don’t fall behind and I think that is one of the things this company is best at. We bring people to the agency that aren’t afraid of change and with these people we will continue to disrupt the marketplace.

Who have been influential in your life and why?

I have always been influenced by my family. Sure, they might all be doctors, but they have showed me that anything is possible. They have always stood behind me and cheered on my growth.

Outside of work, what do you like to do?

Barre and brunch. The Barre Code is a place that I go to clear my head and focus on myself, while getting ready for what’s on my task list. As for brunch – what’s better than breakfast food and booze?

Drink or food of choice?

I can narrow it down to a restaurant for you – Dry Hop. If anyone is looking to bribe me, show up with a Dry Hop fried chicken sandwich and Shark Meets Hipster growler.

What is the best gift you ever received for your birthday?

Hands down best birthday was when I turned six and I had a Barney themed birthday bash. Every present was wrapped in Barney paper and every gift was Barney themed. Second place – having the NLA team surprise me with Sydney’s Barney Bash birthday card with my colleagues heads creepily photoshopped as Barney characters.

If there was one brand you would love to work with, which one and why?

Barre Code – Since becoming a member once I graduated college, the brand has helped me grow a lot as a person. Whether it’s my confidence level, allowing me to turn off my brain for 50 minutes or just improving my help, I love what they preach and I’d love to help them grow.
