Why did you pick No Limit Agency as the next stop in your career?

Coming from another mid-sized PRagency managing social media for tech companies, I knew I wanted to work at a company where we could do more for our clients in terms of our social and digital capabilities and where my creativity could be put to work. My next stop needed to be a place with a leader that understood the value of social media in the overall business strategy and how to help brands succeed in the space.

What do you love most about working at No Limit Agency?

The work hard, play hard mentality that flows through our office. I love working with a whole team of people that “Give a Shit” and want to provide great work for our clients, but at the end of the day are truly a joy to be around, can let loose and not take themselves so seriously.

What do you wish the outside world would think about No Limit Agency?

Creativity and innovative ideas are oozing out of this place on a daily basis. We just need clients that will believe in us enough to execute them.

What has been your proudest moment at No Limit Agency?

Impressing a client enough to sign back on with the agency after considering other options. When clients see the value in what we do, I feel proud. Feeling like a valuable member of a team full of some of the most intelligent and talented people I know, also makes me proud.

In what ways will No Limit Agency become the greatest mid-sized agency ever?

No Limit has the ability to constantly adapt, which I don’t think many other agencies are able to do. We’re not afraid to think big and then make it a reality for our clients that may have smaller budgets and teams. It just means we have to be a bit more creative with what we do.

Who have been influential in your life and why?

My dad is one of the smartest and hardest working people I know. He has perfected the balance of working extremely hard and continuing to follow his passions through his career and hobbies, and I truly admire that. I can only hope I am as successful as him one day!

Outside of work, what do you like to do?

I love going to shows to see live music—soul, hip hop, R&B and funk—I’m there! I try to stay active without having to go to the gym by playing soccer and tennis (nowadays it’s more office ping pong though). If I can’t play sports, I’ll take watching any Chicago team or my Wisconsin Badgers with a beer in hand. Getting out of the city and traveling the world is also on my list!

Drink or food of choice?

TACOS always and forever. In terms of drinks, I’ve pretty much got a favorite in every category. A glass of Pinot Noir, a good IPA or Gin & Tonic will do.

What is the best gift you ever received for your birthday?

Two kittens, which I had been asking for every year for my birthday and Christmas since I can remember. My brother helped me name them Sugar and Spice and it couldn’t have fit each of them any more perfectly.

If there was one brand you would love to work with, which one and why?

Nike. Need I say more than “Just Do It?” I want to be a part of a brand that inspires people.
