Why did you pick No Limit Agency as the next stop in your career?

As soon as I walked into the office for my in-person interview, I knew that No Limit was where I needed to be. The energy here is contagious—I’ve never been surrounded by more passionate and driven people. I knew that by becoming a part of this team, I would learn how to be a better storyteller. No Limit is raising the bar as a brand biography agency, and there are an unlimited number of opportunities for me to grow alongside the company and its leaders.

What do you love most about working at No Limit Agency?

The people. I learn something new from the No Limit team every single day, and I’m constantly amazed by the work that we do. But I can’t say that I’m surprised when we win big for our clients—when you work with people this invested in their work, anything is possible.

What do you wish the outside world would think about No Limit Agency?

That we aren’t limited by the restrictions associated with traditional PR. We bring so much more to the table—No Limit offers a wide variety of services that covers the full communications realm. And we’re competing with the best in the business. We give everything we’ve got to all of our clients.

What has been your proudest moment at No Limit Agency?

Seeing the impact that 1851 Franchise has in the industry. It clicked for me when I reached out to a global franchise brand (that isn’t one of No Limit’s clients) for an interview with its co-founders who serve as CEO and President. They responded right away with a link to one of my previous articles, saying that because they liked my work they were more than happy to talk. Moments like those are happening more frequently, and they prove that we’re heading in the right direction.

In what ways will No Limit Agency become the greatest mid-sized agency ever?

By continuing to be fearless in its approach to storytelling. No Limit isn’t afraid of innovation—in fact, we thrive on it. That’s what separates us from our competitors, and it’s why we’ll continue to grow.

Who have been influential in your life and why?

My parents and grandparents have absolutely been the most influential people in my life. However, my mom and grandma have played a particularly important role in shaping who I am. While my grandma is the real-life version of Emily Gilmore who never runs out of advice or fails to keep me laughing, my mom has taught me what it means to be a strong woman both personally and professionally.

Outside of work, what do you like to do?

Besides shopping along the Mag Mile, my favorite thing to do in my free time is explore what the city of Chicago has to offer. There’s no shortage of activities on any given day here, and I’m constantly adding new places to visit and things to see to my seasonal bucket lists. I’m also a bit pop culture obsessed, so I’m always catching up on anything making E!’s headlines.

Drink or food of choice?

If I had to pick my poison, it would be a glass of Sancerre. Rosé works too.

What is the best gift you ever received for your birthday?

When I turned 16, my parents gave me the most gorgeous set of pearls that I’ve ever seen. The Sweet 16 party to go with it wasn’t a bad present either.

If there was one brand you would love to work with, which one and why?

Soul Cycle! And it’s not just because I’m hooked on their candlelit classes and tailor made playlists. The brand sparked a nationwide boutique fitness trend that’s only getting bigger. I have no doubt that Soul Cycle is only getting started.
