Why did you pick No Limit Agency as the next stop in your career?

NLA’s goal is to be the best mid-sized agency in the world. I was drawn to that because I try to be the best I can be at whatever I’m doing. On top of that, the office culture cannot be beaten and I saw that right off the bat. We are a big ’ole family here.

What do you love most about working at No Limit Agency?

I love the mentorship here. If you have a question – someone will have an answer. The people at NLA have come from many backgrounds and can provide different routes to success.

I also love the ping pong matches and unlimited supply of Girl Scout Cookies – doesn’t everyone?

What do you wish the outside world would think about No Limit Agency?

I wish the outside world saw how much work we put into a story. We aren’t a PR agency that spams all sorts of media outlets. We take our time and pinpoint what media outlets, reporters, producers, etc. to pitch. From there, we customize the angles and and highlight trends that specific outlet is covering.

What has been your proudest moment at No Limit Agency?

My proudest moment was interviewing a brand new franchisee with one of our brands. We both worked together in crafting a news-worthy story, not only about the brand, but about the franchisee and their background. From a few weeks of outreach, we secured a few big wins within a tough market.

In what ways will No Limit Agency become the greatest mid-sized agency ever?

The attitude we have when presented with a task is bar none. We approach both problems and opportunities with a high level of energy, a will to compete, and an open mind. Combining those three traits and finely laid out goals will push us to the top.

Who have been influential in your life and why?

My Mom and Dad have always steered me in the right direction. Their advice might seem like it comes out of left field, but in the long run it always ends up working. My Uncle Johnathan has been extremely influential in my life. He always told people “I’m wired positive.” I try to do the same and live with a positive outlook on life.

Outside of work, what do you like to do?

I love to be around people. Whether it’s a group of old friends or new faces, building and growing connections is something I wake up and look forward to.

Drink or food of choice?

A Friday Old Fashion after a week of work – can’t get any better.

What is the best gift you ever received for your birthday?

Not sure what birthday it was, but my parents got me a guitar one year. That was definitely the best gift I have gotten. It sparked my interest in music and love for performing.

If there was one brand you would love to work with, which one and why?

I would love to work with the Chicago Cubs. They are a backbone of this city having such deep roots and a historical connection (not pleasant until recently). The brand is turning it’s perception around and I would love to be a part of it one day.
