Why did you pick No Limit Agency as the next stop in your career?

It didn’t take more than a few minutes in the No Limit Agency office to feel the energy and talent within the walls. I chose NLA because the short time I spent interviewing was enough time to know that I wanted to be part of the special environment that helps make this agency great.

What do you love most about working at No Limit Agency?

The team. I’ve never seen a group of people make franchising look so cool and I am thankful that everyone here believes in my potential and challenges me to believe that anything is possible.

What do you wish the outside world would think about No Limit Agency?

“Wow, No Limit Agency really can do it all AND do it right. Not to mention the team is so helpful/fun/attractive!”

What has been your proudest moment at No Limit Agency?

Being awarded MVP of No Limit Agency this year was a huge moment for me. Not because it is probably the only trophy I’ll ever win (I’d say my Grammy potential is long gone), but because recognition from my peers that my work helps makes their day-to-day work lives better gives me huge satisfaction.

In what ways will No Limit Agency become the greatest mid-sized agency ever?

A relentless drive to succeed from some of the most talented people in the game.

Who have been influential in your life and why?

In the past couple years, No Limit Agency’s own Lauren Moorman has been hugely influential for me. I admire her talent and appreciate her constant guidance. She has taught me great lessons about being proud of my hard work, knowing when to fight for what I deserve and that being a strong women in the workplace is not something to avoid out of fear of being labeled as a feminist or bitch. (Also influential: my parents for creating me, etc.).

Outside of work, what do you like to do?

Walks along the Chicago lakefront, any excuse to have a drink at the Nordstrom bar, documentaries and Scrabble (usually enjoyed simultaneously).

Drink or food of choice?

A glass of Malbec or a dirty martini if I have something to celebrate.

What is the best gift you ever received for your birthday?

When I turned three on Thanksgiving Day 1992, I got a makeup vanity playset and refused to let anyone help me apply the makeup. I then proceeded to enjoy Thanksgiving dinner with my family while my face was caked with eye shadow, blush, lipstick, etc. It was true bliss.

If there was one brand you would love to work with, which one and why?

Warby Parker – I admire the “buy a pair, give a pair” concept, the education that the brand provides developing countries and I’m a fan of the product itself.
