Why did you pick No Limit Agency as the next stop in your career?

The opportunity to work alongside Nick, Bryan and this great team to shape the next chapter in No Limit Agency’s history is an opportunity of a lifetime. I felt it was the perfect environment to leverage my previous agency and client experience to help NLA establish its place among not
only the best agencies, but the best companies in the world.

What do you love most about working at No Limit Agency?

Being the operations guy, I really love everyone’s commitment, openness and data-driven approach to ensure our operations are functioning at optimal levels. We are transparent as a team and help hold each other accountable to make sure we’re delivering for our clients.

What do you wish the outside world would think about No Limit Agency?

That our unique and holistic approach to content marketing will help your business standout to your prospective partners and customers.

What has been your proudest moment at No Limit Agency?

Not having a tryptophan-induced food coma after our Thanksgiving after Thanksgiving meal in my first week here.

In what ways will No Limit Agency become the greatest mid-sized agency ever?

Our continued focus on investing in our people, living out our core values and coming in every day and executing on our formula for client success is what will get us there.

Who have been influential in your life and why?

My family has and continues to be the biggest influence in my life because of all the love and support they provide each and every day. However, I can’t finish answering this question without acknowledging all the different mentors and managers I have had in my career who have provided me with invaluable advice that I continue to use and impart on those I manage.

Outside of work, what do you like to do?

Golf, volleyball, discovering new restaurants and cuisines, and enjoying Chicago summers.

Drink or food of choice?

All forms of Asian food and a well-made old fashioned (not always at the same time).

What is the best gift you ever received for your birthday?

One of the original Tony Hawk Pro Skater video games. I played that game for hours on end.

 If there was one brand you would love to work with, which one and why?

I love to travel, so I would say working with the likes of Airbnb would be awesome. I really love their focus on user-centered design for hosts, guests and everyone in between. They’ve already disrupted and shaped
